As part of VITOP’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and strengthening global collaboration, a team of key engineers from VITOP Malaysia has successfully completed the OPTOS Advanced Technical Training in Adelaide, Australia.

The training programs, held in May and August 2025, were conducted under the guidance of Cody Pham, Technical Support Supervisor for Australia and the Asia Pacific region. The sessions focused on achieving Level 3 and Level 4 certifications for the Optos California, California RGB, and Silverstone ultra-widefield retinal imaging systems — representing the highest levels of technical proficiency within the Optos global service framework.

This hands-on certification marks a significant milestone in strengthening VITOP’s technical expertise as Optos’ exclusive distributor in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. With a rapidly expanding presence across the region, VITOP continues to empower eye care professionals through advanced imaging solutions, comprehensive technical support, and seamless service delivery.

Throughout the program, VITOP’s engineers participated in intensive system diagnostics, hands-on workshops, and advanced troubleshooting exercises, guided by factory-level documentation and expertise. This comprehensive approach ensures that the VITOP technical team is fully equipped to perform complex installations, preventive maintenance, and deliver best-in-class service to Optos users throughout the region.
